MISOCO

Handcrafted ceramic studio

Conceived as a place to work and to give pottery classes, Misoco was born in the heart of Vigo’s Casco Vello Alto by Olalla.

We started from a semi-empty and small space, in which we had to include kiln and glazing cabins, a work area, an exhibition area and a toilet. The layout was designed in a diaphanous way, trying to minimise the building work and partitions as much as possible, thus obtaining the maximum space available for work. The exhibition area is located at the entrance and is resolved by means of shelves with a minimum depth.

MISOCO, has the seal of Artesanía de Galicia and also offers courses for all levels.
