Refurbishment of a property for a restaurant space

On this plot, located in Bergondo, we found the main building in poor condition, as the façades and part of the roof were still standing but in poor condition, and the auxiliary buildings were structurally unstable. It should be added that the entire plot is protected by heritage, as it is listed as an asset of ethnographic interest.

In order to fit out both the buildings and the plot, a series of actions were carried out which included the renovation of part of the structure and its fireproofing, fitting out the kitchen, toilets and porch and locating a marquee in accordance with the importance and protection of the surroundings. In the main building, the cornice was stabilised, the façades were renovated and the garden and paths were prepared for access to the event areas.
